Orioles Hot Stove to Heat Up Airwaves
(BALTIMORE) -- MASN, the local leader in live sports entertainment, and the Orioles' radio flagship FM Talk 105.7 WHFS, announced the addition of a new Orioles off-season analysis show to its unprecedented baseball lineup. Orioles Hot Stove features MASN broadcaster Jim Hunter and The Baltimore Sun's Roch Kubatko every Friday night at 7:00 p.m. for a full hour discussion of Orioles news, opinion, rumor and analysis.
The first show will air live this Friday, December 14 at 7:00 p.m. on FM Talk 105.7 WHFS, and will be televised at 9:00 p.m. on MASN, via delayed broadcast. Starting January 11, Orioles Hot Stove, will be simulcast live on MASN every Friday night at 7:00 p.m. through Spring Training. The show will re-air on MASN on Saturday mornings at 9:00 a.m.
Veteran broadcaster Jim Hunter brings 11 years of Orioles broadcasting experience to the show. He has covered the Orioles as a play-by-play announcer and appears on MASN's pre- and post-game show, O's Xtra. Roch Kubatko has covered the Orioles for the Sun for over ten years and is a regular contributor to ESPN 1300's Anita Marks Show, also simulcast on MASN. Kubatko writes a widely-read sports blog, Roch Around the Clock.
