MASN 2 Moves to Channel 25 on Comcast in Prince George's County
MASN, the local leader in live sports entertainment, announced today that Comcast will be moving MASN 2 from Channel 68 to Channel 25 this week in the Prince George's County area. MASN and MASN HD channel positions will be unaffected.
Comcast has decided to move the network's MASN 2 channel from its shared home with C-SPAN 2. The change will affect Comcast customers throughout the county including fans in Hyattsville, Bowie and Upper Marlboro.
The change will take effect on July 18, 2008 when the Orioles take on the Detroit Tigers at 7:00 pm. The Nationals will make their Channel 25 debut on July 22 at 10:00 pm when the team travels to San Francisco to meet the Giants.
With every available Nationals and Orioles game, 80 games in high definition and pre and post game shows before and after every game, MASN provides maximum access to both the Washington Nationals and the Baltimore Orioles.
