MASN (Mid-Atlantic Sports Network) is the Mid-Atlantic Region's premiere regional sports network. Our flagship programming includes all baseball games of the Baltimore Orioles and Washington Nationals and the related pregame and postgame shows. In a given season, MASN produces a minimum of 640 live shows (320 pregame and 320 postgame shows) from two studios and/or live from various major league ballparks.

MASN wishes to retain the services of an experience and well-credentialed Traffic Director. The Traffic Director will report directly to the Chief Financial Officer.
Specifically, responsibilities include:
• Manage three Traffic Coordinators
• Oversee all aspects of Traffic Department
• Responsible for compilation and copy of (up to five) multiple logs
• Interact with Sales Group to gather and input sales orders in VCI Solutions software system
• Oversee formatting and reconciliations
• Communicate multiple logs to Master control facilities
• Responsible for Inventory management, day-part setups, skims, infomercials and billing
Further, MASN seeks a candidate with the following experience and proven abilities:
• A minimum of 5-10 years experience in Traffic management
• A working knowledge of VCI Solutions software
• Proven ability to manage and lead Traffic Department and staff
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Good organization and project management skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Powerpoint, Excel and Outlook
• Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
• The ability to multitask on large-scale projects and work effectively with changing priorities and deadlines
• The ability to work extended hours, including nights, weekends and holidays
• Ability to work in a fast paced, professional office environment
• High school diploma or equivalency. Bachelor's degree is preferred
