Wednesday's Orioles-Blue Jays Game Suspended
The Orioles announced that tonight's game against the Toronto Blue Jays has been suspended due to rain. The game will resume tomorrow, Thursday, July 24 at 12:05 p.m. and played to its completion. The regularly scheduled game will begin 20 minutes after the completion of the suspended game.
Fans holding tickets for tomorrow's 12:35 game may attend the completion of the suspended game, beginning at 12:05.
Although tonight's suspended game is considered an official game by Major League Baseball and not subject to refunds or exchanges, the Orioles will allow all fans who purchased tickets for tonight's game to exchange those tickets for a lower or upper reserve ticket to any home game in September, subject to availability.
Tonight's game was suspended due to poor weather conditions in the top of the 6th inning with the Blue Jays ahead by the score of 2-1. Scott Rolen will be batting with a 1-0 count, 2 outs and Lyle Overbay on 3rd base.
