Zimmerman to see game action Monday
Third baseman Ryan Zimmerman, who has been sidelined with a shoulder injury, will get back on the field on Monday and begin his rehab assignment with the Potomac Nationals.
Zimmerman, out since May 26th with a small labral tear in his left shoulder, will play two games with the P-Nats at Salem before going to Columbus for a 4-game stint.
Manager Manny Acta said Zimmerman will most likely DH with Potomac, then play third when he gets to Columbus.
Zimmerman had been taking batting practice this week; he said his shoulder feels much better and is looking forward to getting back on the field.
