MASN Announces Fall Ravens Programming
| | Comments (5)

MASN, the local leader in live sports entertainment, has announced its special Ravens programming for the 2008-2009 football season. Coverage includes all four pre-season games, the exclusive postgame show, Ravens Xtra, after every game, exclusive live coverage of Coach Harbaugh's day-after press conference, and prime time Ravens programming all season long.

MASN's first game telecast is Thursday, August 7th when the Ravens travel north to face the New England Patriots at 7:30 p.m. for a pre-season game at Gillette Stadium. The network will air three additional pre-season games. On Saturday, August 16th at 7:30 p.m. vs. Minnesota; August 23rd at 8:00 p.m. at St. Louis; and August 28th at 7:00 p.m. vs. Atlanta. Pre-season coverage will also include Ravens Kick-off and Ravens Wrap-Up, pre and post game shows.

MASN will continue to provide maximum access throughout the football season with the exclusive post-game show, Ravens Xtra. Amber Theoharis, Tom Davis, Roch Kubatko and Mark Viviano will join former Raven Wally Williams and former Colt Bruce Laird for insight, analysis and interviews on Ravens Xtra, which airs live immediately following each Ravens game beginning on September 7th.

MASN will also bring fans inside the action with exclusive live coverage of John Harbaugh's day-after press conference on Mondays. Additionally, the network will televise nightly Ravens shows in prime time all season long, providing analysis from coaches and key players. Due to the baseball schedule, Ravens programming will air immediately following Orioles and Nationals games during the month of September. Starting in October, the shows will premiere at 7 p.m. and re-air at 10 p.m and again on Sundays at 10:30 a.m.

On Mondays, 1 Winning Drive will provide exclusive insights with complete "day-after" analysis, including Head Coach John Harbaugh's press conference, exclusive interviews, injury updates and expert insight about the upcoming game. Coach Harbaugh will also host his own call-in show on Tuesdays. Unlike the other Ravens programs, The John Harbaugh Show will air only at 10 p.m.

On Wednesdays, OJ Brigance will host Ravens Report, a "magazine" style show about the Ravens. Rex Ryan and Cam Cameron join fans on Thursday evenings for Game Plan, with in-depth interviews and strategy sessions. And, on Friday, viewers look ahead to the weekend game on Purple Passion with Keith Mills and Kyle Richardson.

With four pre-season games, Ravens Xtra after every regular season game, coach Harbaugh's day-after press conference and an entire weeknight lineup of prime time Ravens programming, MASN is the Official Cable Network of the Baltimore Ravens.

I really like where MASN is going and how big it is getting. We do need a half hour nighty sports show to cover Baltimore sports. Can this happen???

I love the fact that MASN is producing everything that Baltimore loves in sports, our Orioles and Ravens. Thankyou for that

I loooovvvee Anita Marks because she is not rude when she tries to critisize someone even if they deserve it and I look forward to watching her show every afternoon, but on the other hand Roch is a wierd wierd character.

MASN does a great job and am looking forward to the season. Glad that Roch is with MASN now.

Anita Marks is terrible and full of herself.

Any way to get MASN to do a half-hour show each afternoon instead of ESPN News???
