The Orioles have placed pitcher Hayden Penn on the seven-day disabled list with stiffness in his right shoulder.
The minor league disabled list covers seven days. Of course, he could stay there longer.
The move was backdated, so this is the third day that Penn's been on the shelf.
Penn flew to Baltimore and will be examined by team orthopedist Dr. John Wilckens.
I truely believe that Hayden Penn is afraid of the Majors. Everytime the parent team wants to bring him up, something happens to him. Trade him to the National League so he can become the next John Maine and be successful there. He will never be here like I believe John Maine would not have in the American league.
The Sun is reporting Penn will be shut down for the rest of the year. This guy needs to try something different in his routine...his luck can't stay this bad can it?!?
eeek. quit saying Penn can't catch a break... we don't need him to catch anything OR break anything!!! (else, that is)

My goodness this guy can't catch a break.. What is up with all his bad luck... Every time we are ready for him there is something wrong with him... I kind of don't want him to come up to give us all his bad luck...
