Orioles Activiate and Designate RHP Greg Aquino for Assignment
The Orioles today announced that they have returned RHP GREG AQUINO from his rehabilitation assignment, activated him from the disabled list and designated him for assignment.
Aquino, 30, had a 12.54 ERA (9.1IP/13ER) in nine games with the Orioles. He was placed on the disabled list July 19, retroactive to July 13, with a left hamstring strain.
Aquino was claimed off waivers from the Milwaukee Brewers on December 14, 2007.
