Updating the Baysox
| | Comments (2)

Double-A Bowie erupted for six runs in the second inning to lead Binghamton, 6-0.

The Baysox have 11 hits through three innings. Every starter has at least one, including catcher Matt Wieters, who also drove in a run.

And that, my friends, is your latest Matt Wieters update. I know a day can't pass without one. He's the Michael Phelps of minor league catchers.

Binghamton starter Tobi Stoner lasted only 1 1/3 innings, allowing all six runs and nine hits.

With a name like that, I'm surprised they weren't bong hits.

Roch, can you tell us whose call it was that Liz was again ready for the majors, only a few weeks after he looked so far away in his progres and got sent back down?
