Nationals Host the First Annual Adopt-a-Pet at the Park Event
The Washington Nationals have partnered with the Washington Humane Society
to host the first annual Adopt-A-Pet at the Park Event on Friday, September 20
when the team faces the San Diego Padres at 7:35pm. Volunteers from the
Humane Society will be outside the Center Field Gate with several dogs and cats
looking for new homes beginning at 5:00pm. Fans interested in adopting an
animal may fill out applications on-site. WHS will also host a silent auction at the
Nationals Community Relations Table, located in the Center Field Plaza, from
gates open through the 6th inning. Upper Infield Gallery Tickets (Sections 406

All proceeds from the silent auction and a portion of the proceeds from tickets
purchased through this link will benefit the Washington Humane Society.
