Orioles Host Minor League Affiliate Appreciation Night on September 22
The Orioles will host Minor League Affiliate Appreciation Night on Monday, September 22 at their 7:05 p.m. game against the Tampa Bay Rays. Throughout the evening, the Orioles will team with minor league affiliates including the Norfolk Tides, Bowie Baysox, Frederick Keys, Delmarva Shorebirds and Aberdeen Ironbirds for a night of fun for the entire family.
The evening features a special ticket offer for minor league affiliate season plan holders, as well as a $5 discount off of the purchase of any ticket for fans who wear an item of clothing with an affiliate logo or show a minor league affiliate ticket stub. Highlights also include appearances and in-game entertainment by minor league affiliate mascots and minor league-style promotions and fan activities. In addition, affiliate mascots will be available at the Kids Zone near Gate C for photos and to greet young fans.
The Orioles will also recognize the Brooks Robinson Minor League Player of the Year, Jim Palmer Minor League Pitcher of the Year and recipients of the Elrod Hendricks Community Service Award, Cal Ripken Sr. Player Development Award and the Jim Russo Scout of the Year Award.
