MASN to Broadcast 144th Annual Lafayette vs. Lehigh Game

Football's Longest Uninterrupted Rivalry airs live on
Saturday, November 22 at 1 p.m
.

MASN, the local leader in live sports entertainment, will televise the 144th Annual Lafayette vs. Lehigh game on Saturday, November 22. Coverage of "The Rivalry" begins live on MASN at 1 p.m. from Fisher Stadium in Easton, PA.

Every year since 1897, Lafayette and Lehigh engage in one of the fiercest and most storied rivalries in collegiate sports.

Lafayette has a slight edge in this year's battle, having taken 76 of the games throughout its history, as well as each of the past four. Coach Frank Tavani's Leopards are 7-3 heading into the final game of the season, though both teams are 3-2 in the Patriot League.

Andy Coen's Mountain Hawks will bring their fans, friends, families and 4-6 record with them on Saturday, just a few miles north of their own university to redeem Lehigh's recent losses to Lafayette.

The game will be televised live on MASN throughout a seven-state region to 5.4 million households on twenty-three cable providers including Armstrong, Kuhn, Verizon FIOS, DirecTV and Dish Network in Pennsylvania. If your provider does not carry MASN, please visit www.playballnow.org/pennsylvania to send them a message.

MASN recently announced its extensive NCAA basketball schedule for this season, the largest package of collegiate basketball of any Regional Sports Network in the country, which includes seven Lafayette men's games, two Lehigh men's games and one Lehigh women's game. The network will also televise this year's Lafayette vs. Lehigh men's basketball game on January 25, 2009.

MASN airs 600 professional and collegiate sporting events annually, including more than 250 NCAA football, basketball and lacrosse games. MASN televises every available game of the Baltimore Orioles and Washington Nationals and is the only RSN in the country to have 320 live MLB games.
