Eric Bickel, also known as E.B., grew up in Bowie, Maryland along with J.P. and Cakes. Eric went to DeMatha High School in Hyattsville along with Jason and played tennis and golf.

He then attended the University of Maryland where he majored in psychology. During college, E.B. was an avid Terps basketball fan and became a youth basketball coach.

After college, E.B. worked in a clinic for the elderly before pursuing a master's degree in school counseling. Thereafter, he served as a counselor at Howard Community College.

In May of 1997, E.B. became a full-time "Junkie". He married his wife Dina in 1996. Eric and Dina have a son, Stephen, who was born in September of 2000 and a daughter, Megan, in December of 2002.
