A hot streak and how Andino fits in

On the field at Land Shark Stadium in hot, sunny Miami, Florida, Dave Trembley sat down with MASN's Carolyn Wiedel for his latest video journal entry, where he admits this week's update is an upbeat one thanks to some good baseball from the Orioles recently.
"Good team baseball" and improved starting pitching, Trembley said, have contributed to some late-inning wins that have made it fun for the team to report to the ballpark these days.
Dave also gave his take on where Robert Andino might fit with the ballclub when Cesar Izturis is able to return, before answering fan questions from Steven and Rachel about the input he has regarding trades and what special talents or hobbies he has.

Dave,
The Orioles just signed their draft pick, Matt Hobgood. I know your main focus is on the big league club, but what positives have you heard about him?
Thanks,
Mark from NJ
Dave,
If you had to pick one major league player who isn't on the Orioles to start a team around, who would it be?
Hi Dave, Now that the Orioles are done with interleague play, are you glad to be back to American League rules where you don't have to juggle the absence of the DH?
Dave,
What is your favorite memory from managing in the Minor Leagues?
Thanks,
Ryan
