Koji update
Pitcher Koji Uehara had an arthrogram on his right elbow earlier today, a procedure where dye is injected into the injured area, and the Orioles are awaiting the results. Team orthopedist Dr. John Wilckens will submit a report.
Manager Dave Trembley noted that the swelling has gone down in Uehara's elbow, but his symptoms remain the same. The arthrogram was done as a precautionary measure, and as the next step in evaluating his condition. The dye would reveal any fractures or tissue damage.
Uehara who hasn't picked up a baseball since going on the disabled list, won't make the trip to the West Coast. Instead, he'll work with a physical therapist in Baltimore.

He needs to work with a personal trainer while he's at it.
Will the physical therapist help get him in shape so he can throw 100 pitches
At least we expanded into the Asian market!
WTG ANDREW!
Moving Koji to the bullpen would essentially be McPhail admitting Koji was a bad signing when you consider the salary,so it won't happen. They'll wheel him out there in a wheelchair if they have to.Did we ever get an explanation of why Matuz had to skip a start right after being promoted to Bowie?
The o's need to face facts and realize all the other pitchers coming up are going to be 6 inning starters and they need to re-adjust the bullpen acordingly.
