Nats lead 5-4 in 7th
After six full innings, the Nationals cling to a 5-4 lead.
Adam Dunn's two-run homer in the fifth put Washington up 5-1, but right-hander Craig Stammen gave three back in the sixth.
Stammen gave up consecutive singles to start the inning and his wild pitch scored the Marlins second run of the night.
Two batters later, Nat killer hanley Ramirez hit a two-run homer to make it a one-run game.
Stammen lasted 5 1/3, giving up four runs, three earned on six hits. He struck out two and didn't walk a batter.

I know I sound like a broken record... but Stammen would be perfect for the pen.
He can go 4-5, but anything after that and he gets tattooed.

Solid D would help too. If they make plays, he's not facing the extra batter or two when an inning is extended. I wouldn't pin this game on him, not to mention he left with the lead.
