Not exactly a gourmet selection, is it? Nonetheless, it makes sense that someone on this list will end up with a "DC" on their sleeve next year, but no one really jumps out at me. Lots of age here, which likely means that some of these guys may be candidates for independent baseball or retirement in 2010. We'll see.
Thought you'd like to see a list, anyway.

Rodney is certainly a big name, but will probably not be cheap at all.
Bradford is a good 'lightning in a bottle' type due to recent injuries; and should come very cheap.
Of course, there are 30 teams that are always looking to upgrade their bullpen every off season, so it always ends up being an arms race anyway.
Thanks for the list, Phil. You're right: not a grand selection. What are the chances of trading for a young reliever, like a Sergio Romo or Chris Perez? === I like Perez, but he'd be pricey. Nothing's impossible, but I sense they want to see what Storen does the second half of this year before they do anything else.
David Weathers pitches effectively, but pitches less than an inning per appearance. Does that make him a ROOGY?
Walker is already a free agent ====== I know that. I didn't think it was necessary to edit the list, particularly since Jamie could've been signed by the time most people had read it.
