Rain halts game in 7th; fish lead 7-5
A slow, steady rain turned into a torrential downpour in a matter of seconds at Land Shark Stadium, bringing the game to a halt in the bottom of the seventh.
The Marlins already scored three times to take a 7-5 lead as the rain began to increase.
Joe Beimel took over for Tyler Clippard and gave up two singles and a walk and Ryan Zimmerman's third error of the game allowed the tyring runner to reach base.
Josh Willingham also committed an error, when he dropped a foul pop to extend the inning.
Florida has runners on first and second with Brett Carroll at the plate and a 2-2 count.
