The Washington Nationals welcomed the ten millionth fan in franchise history to Nationals Park this evening when the team hosted the Boston Red Sox. Mr. Mark Strattner of Washington, DC, was designated as the ten millionth fan to attend a Nationals game in Washington since the franchise relocated in 2005. Mr. Strattner was presented with a Ryan Zimmerman signed jersey and two tickets to the July 11 , Elton John Billy Joel concert at the ballpark, during an in-game presentation shown on the HD-scoreboard. Mr. Strattner will also receive four Lexus Presidents Club tickets and field passes to watch batting practice at an upcoming Nationals home game. Additionally, the ballclub will award him with their very own official Nationals Park seat to take home with them, complete with a plaque recognizing them as the ten millionth fan in Nationals franchise history.

"The Nationals are thrilled to have welcomed their ten millionth fan tonight at Nationals Park," said Stan Kasten, Nationals Team President. "We look forward to reaching additional milestones as we continue to grow our fan base and improve the ballclub and fan experience at Nationals Park."

The Nationals conclude their six-game homestand on Thursday, June 25 vs. the Boston Red Sox. The $5 Grandstand Tickets will be made available beginning at 4:35pm at the Nationals Park Team Store Box Office, located in Center Field Plaza. Standing Room Only tickets will be made available once all Grandstand Tickets are sold.
