I'd rather see Salazar at 3B as opposed to Wiggington. Lose on defense though.
Is Mora hurting or just going with the hot hand??? Dont mind wigginton playing right now since he is hitting as long as he doesnt hurt us defensively!!
what's it gonna take to see Salazar get an at bat before the 8th inning of a game?
Didn't mind seeing Mora get a few days off but I wasn't expecting a flat out benching.Definately need a deep start by Guts tonight,he'll probably get a ton of rope.
Hey Roch, the Chicago Tribune is saying the trade for Freel involved two clubs trading unwanted players. In 14 games, Freel hit .143. Trib goes on to say he gave some good quotes, but did not produce on the field. Whoops! Guess this is another case of someone running his mouth a little early and not living up to his own hype. Not a graceful exit from Chicago.
I'm curious whether or not the benchings are coming from a little bit higher. He has a no-trade clause and maybe he'd be more willing to waive it if he is not getting regular playing time?
Maybe they are prepping for putting Mora on the DL when Izturis comes back. He's the least productive guy on the team right now. Putting him on the DH with a "bad knee" makes him available if someone else really does get injured and saves him the embarrassment of being released.
It takes approx about 14 redbull and vodkas to make a heart explode, i had 13 once and i hated every second of the aftermath.
I suggest the trolls test this theory out and blame it on Andy when their miserable existence is not pfffft.
I wasn't a fan of euthanasia until i read their garbage.
Well Roch...2 large (and I mean large) Vodka/Red Bulls at dinner, several B&B liquor nightcaps at the piano bar before turning in, and I was still up all night and all the next day til the next V/RB carried me til 1AM.
I don't know which Jennifer you're referring to, but I could have gladly used some company from Jennifer Aniston. I think everyone else on the ship but the cooks were asleep.

Let's see 37 year old 3rd baseman lethargic defensely, at the plate, and on the basepaths. I can't imagine why Trembley plays either Wiggy or Salazar over him. Fortunately Mora's time is up. He is the last remnant of the fire sale of 01, he is not performing and should be purged from the roster if possible. Of course this is all wishful thinking on my part, but if it is true, it is the best decision I have seen Trembley make all year. If it is leadership you want from the manager this is a good sign, play the guys producing and earn your way in the line-up when you get the opportunity. Last time I checked line-up cards aren't written in stone.
