Statement from MASN on the Departure of Buck Martinez
Statement from MASN spokesman Todd Webster on Buck Martinez leaving MASN:
"MASN appreciates Buck's years of service to MASN and the Orioles, and we wish him the best in Toronto.
He is a true professional whose insights and experiences have enlightened and entertained Orioles fans for seven years.
While we will miss his energy and expertise during our broadcasts, we recognize his unique opportunity to not only return to the team for whom he played, managed, and broadcast for two decades, but to take on the new challenge of doing play-by-play as well.
MASN is fortunate to have a deep bench of renowned broadcasters, and we will take this time to consider all of our options."

First Peter Gammons leaves ESPN and now Buck is leaving MASN. Buck will be missed.
Please bring back Michael Reghi! Track, wall, see you later!
Get some one with some character in there. Get a local guy in there. We need another chuck thompson or jon miller. Love Jim Palmer, but Jim Hunter is ok every now and then. Get someone new that is local and has a nack for the job. Because we are all waiting for the beer to be cold again.
Chuck Thompson "Ain't the beer cold baby"
Please bring back Mel Proctor and John Lowenstein
If MASN can't get Ken Singleton to come home, I hope Dave Johnson takes sees regular time in the booth.
Ahhh noo! This is super bogus to hear but at least it wasn't Gary or Palmer or Amber that left...but it still hurts

It's too bad Buck is leaving the orioles to go work in toronto with the blue jays I wish him nothing but the best in toronto. And he does a good job on Sirius XM Satellite Radio MLB home plate as well.
Its time for Dave Johnson full time.
