Viewers can register for the contest below and then tune in to MASN during the first inning of every Orioles game to watch for their name to be called. For every home run the Orioles hit throughout that game, that night's selected contestant will win $99 of American Classics Scratch Off Tickets presented by MASN and the Maryland Lottery.
Only one (1) entry per valid email address will be accepted. All winners will receive their Maryland Lottery scratch-off tickets within four (4) weeks of the date they won.

1. How to Enter the Contest:
(a) The MASN "AMERICAN CLASSICS Contest" will begin on Friday, April 3rd, 2009 and end on Sunday, October 4, 2009. (Active entry period will be from Friday, April 3rd, 2009 to Sunday, October 4, 2009.) To enter log on www.masnsports.com
and provide your name, address, phone number and email.
(b) During each MASN broadcast of an Orioles Game, from Monday, April 6th, 2009 to Tuesday, June 30, 2009, MASN will announce a contestant randomly selected from all entries received. The "American Classics Contestant of the Game" will have a chance to win $99 worth of "American Classics Scratch off Tickets" for every Home Run hit by a member of the Baltimore Orioles only during that game.
In the event that the "AMERICAN CLASSICS" scratch off tickets are not available, The Maryland Lottery reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternate product of equivalent value.
All web-based entries must be received by 11:59pm EST on Sunday, October 4, 2009. First and last name of all entrants establishes the identity of the entrant and must correspond with the name of the holder of the e-mail account. Any effort by an entrant to misrepresent themselves through the usage of aliases and email addresses will disqualify entries of that entrant. Entrants may also enter via mail-in entries. Send a self-addressed stamped envelope or postcard containing, name; address with city, state and zip code, email address and phone number. Mail-in entries must specify the sweepstakes being entered and contain all information as requested on the entry form (including email address, if available.) All mail-in entries must be postmarked by 11:59pm Monday, October 5, 2009, and be received by the close of business three days after postmark date. By participating, all entrants agree to abide by these Official Rules.
(c) Only one (1) entry per person, per email address. If multiple entries are received, only the first entry will be entered into the Contest and other entries will be disregarded.
(d) Sponsor is not responsible for technical or computer failures, errors or data loss of any kind, lost or unavailable Internet connections, or failed, incomplete, garbled or deleted computer or network transmissions, inability to access any Web site or on-line service, or any other error or malfunction, or late, lost, illegible or misdirected entries. Entry materials that have been tampered with or altered are void. If the judges determine, in their sole discretion, that there is any suspected or actual electronic tampering with the Contest or if technical difficulties compromise the integrity of the Contest, the judges reserve the right to void the entries at issue and/or terminate the Contest and conduct a random drawing to award the prize among all eligible entries received as of the termination date. If the Contest is terminated due to tampering or technical difficulties prior to its expiration date, notice will be posted at www.masnsports.com. If, for any reason, the Contest is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Sponsors which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Contest, Sponsors reserve the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Contest. Sponsors reserve the right to disqualify any entrant that tampers with the operation of the Contest or website or violates the Official Rules of the Contest.

(e) Odds of winning depend on number of eligible entries received.
(f) MASN and the sponsor reserve the right to lengthen or shorten the term of the contest.
2. Eligibility Restrictions:
(a) The Contest is open to residents of Maryland, District of Columbia, Pennsylvania and Northern Virginia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees and immediate families or household members of Sponsors and their respective parent companies, affiliates and subsidiaries, are ineligible to participate in this Contest. Also, TCR Sports Broadcasting Holding, LLP, The Maryland Lottery, other television and radio stations in the Baltimore and participating markets, and their affiliates, subsidiaries and advertising agencies and their immediate family members and those living in the same household are ineligible to participate or win. All federal, state, and local rules and regulations apply.
(b) Viewers are eligible to win a MASN contest/sweepstakes only once every sixty days. Only one winner per household is permitted in any contest/sweepstakes. Viewers are eligible to win a prize valued at $600.00 or more only once every six months.
(c) All entries become the sole property of MASN and will not be returned. By entering, entrants agree to abide by these rules, and warrant and represent that their entry is their original work, and grant to Station the right to edit, publish, promote and otherwise use their entries without further permission, notice or compensation.
3. Prizes: 1 prize to be awarded
(a) $99 worth of Maryland Lottery Scratch off Tickets will be awarded for every home run hit by a Baltimore Oriole only during the winning contestant's selected game. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash. In case of changes to the official statistics (either by the official scorer or Major League Baseball) that affect the official total number of doubles hit in the contestant's game, the prize will be altered to reflect those changes.
(b) All prizes or prize certificates may be picked up MASN, 333 West Camden Street, Baltimore, Maryland, 21201. Any prize or prize certificate not claimed within seven (7) days of winning will be forfeited by the winner. In the event that a prize or prize certificate is mailed to the winner, it will be with the prior written consent of the winner and therefore, winner assumes the risk of its arrival. Sponsors are not responsible for the safe arrival of a prize or prize certificate.
(c) Contest prize is not transferable. Prizes may not be substituted for or redeemed for cash. Sponsors reserve the right to substitute prize of comparable value.
4. Selection of Winners:
(a) Decisions of judges with respect to the Contest are final.
(b) One winner will be chosen in a random drawing of all eligible entries for each broadcast Orioles game during the duration of the contest.
(c) Winner will be notified by phone or email. Sponsors reserve the right to determine the method of notification. The Sponsors shall not be liable for: (1) failed, returned or misdirected notifications based on inaccurate information provided by the winner on the Contest entry form; or (2) entries, and responses to winner notifications which are lost, late incomplete, illegible, unintelligible, misdirected, damaged or otherwise not received by the intended recipient in whole or in part or for computer or technical error of any kind. Winners will be given three (3) business days from the first day of notification to respond to claim prize(s). A non-response by the winner or non-receipt of notification response after the specified three (3) business days will be considered winner's forfeiture of prize and an alternate winner may be elected from the pool of eligible entries. If an entrant is found to be ineligible for any reason in the sole and absolute discretion of the Sponsors, an alternate winner may also be selected from the pool of eligible entries. At the sole and absolute discretion of the Sponsors, winners may be required to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release as a condition of acceptance of a prize.
5. Conditions:
(a) Payment of all federal, state and local taxes is the sole responsibility of the winner and winners may receive an IRS Form 1099 or equivalent from Sponsor.
(b) By participating in the Contest, the winner agrees to have their name, voice, or likeness used in any advertising or broadcasting material relating to this Contest, and to sign a publicity release, affidavit of eligibility and release of liability prior to acceptance of the prize. By accepting the prize, winner grants to Sponsors the right to use the winner's name, voice, picture and/or likeness for purposes of advertising and publicity in any and all media now known or hereafter invented, without further permission or additional compensation (except where prohibited by law). All expenses on receipt and use of prize are the sole responsibility of winner. Winner, by acceptance of their prizes, agrees to release Sponsors, TCR Sports Broadcasting Holding, LLP, The Maryland Lottery and their respective parents and subsidiaries, and their respective advertising, interactive, promotion and production agencies from any and all liability, claims or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages or losses to persons and property which may be sustained in connection with the receipt, ownership or use of the prize or while preparing for, participating in, and/or traveling to any prize-related activity.
6. No purchase necessary. The Contest is void where prohibited by law.
7. Failure to comply with the Contest rules will result in a contestant's disqualification.
