MASN's "DUBBLE BUBBLE Scratch Off Contest" Presented by The Maryland Lottery

1. The Contest: The MASN "DUBBLE BUBBLE Scratch Off Contest" will begin on Midnight EDT, Monday, March 17 2008 and ends at 11:59pm EDT, Sunday, June 15, 2008.

2. Who May Enter: The Contest is open only to legal residents of Maryland, the District of Columbia, Virginia, Pennsylvania, Delaware, West Virginia and North Carolina, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees and immediate families or household members of TCR Sports Broadcasting Holding, LLP t/a MASN® and The Maryland Lottery (collectively. "Sponsor"), and their respective parent companies, affiliates and subsidiaries, are ineligible to participate in this Contest. Also, Sponsor, other television and radio stations in the Baltimore and participating markets, and their affiliates, subsidiaries and advertising agencies and their immediate family members and those living in the same household are ineligible to participate or win. All federal, state, and local rules and regulations apply. Viewers are eligible to win a MASN contest/sweepstakes only once every sixty days. Only one winner per household is permitted in any contest/sweepstakes. Viewers are eligible to win a prize valued at $600.00 or more only once every six months. All entries become the sole property of Sponsor and will not be returned. By entering, entrants agree to abide by these Official Rules, and warrant and represent that their entry is their original work, and grant to Sponsor the right to edit, publish, promote and otherwise use their entries without further permission, notice or compensation.

3. How to Enter: You may enter on-line at www.masnsports.com. All web-based entries must be received by 11:59pm EST on Sunday June 15, 2008. First and last name of all entrants establishes the identity of the entrant and must correspond with the name of the holder of the e-mail account. Any effort by an entrant to misrepresent themselves through the usage of aliases and email addresses will disqualify entries of that entrant. Entrants may also enter via mail-in entries. Send a self-addressed stamped envelope or postcard containing, name; address with city, state and zip code, email address and phone number. Mail-in entries must specify the sweepstakes being entered and contain all information as requested on the entry form (including email address, if available.) Mail entries to: The MASN "DUBBLE BUBBLE" Contest, MASN, 333 West Camden Street, Baltimore, Maryland 21201. All web-based entries may be received daily and mail-in entries must be received by 11:59pm EDT, Sunday, June 15, 2008, in order to be eligible. By participating, all entrants agree to abide by these Official Rules. Only one (1) entry per person, per email address. If multiple entries are received, only the first entry will be entered into the Contest and other entries will be disregarded. Sponsor shall not be responsible for technical or computer failures, errors or data loss of any kind, lost or unavailable Internet connections, or failed, incomplete, garbled or deleted computer or network transmissions, inability to access any Web site or on-line service, or any other error or malfunction, or late, lost, illegible or misdirected entries. Entry materials that have been tampered with or altered are void. If Sponsor determines, in its sole discretion, that there is any suspected or actual electronic tampering with the Contest or if technical difficulties compromise the integrity of the Contest, Sponsor reserves the right to void the entries at issue and/or terminate the Contest and conduct a random drawing to award the prize among all eligible entries received as of the termination date. If the Contest is terminated due to tampering or technical difficulties prior to its expiration date, notice will be posted at www.masnsports.com. If, for any reason, the Contest is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Sponsor that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Contest, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Contest. Sponsor reserve the right to disqualify any entrant that tampers with the operation of the Contest or website or violates these Official Rules. By use of the website and by entering the Contest, you agree to the Sponsors' Web Site Terms of Use Agreement and to the use of your personal information as described in the Sponsors' Web site Privacy Policy. Odds of winning depend on number of eligible entries received. Sponsor reserves the right to lengthen or shorten the term of the Contest.

4. Winners: During each MASN telecast of an Orioles Game, from Monday, March 31, 2008, to Monday, June 30, 2008, MASN will announce one "DUBBLE BUBBLE Contestant of the Game" for each game selected at random by Sponsor from all entries received. The "DUBBLE BUBBLE Contestant of the Game" will have a chance to win $100 worth of "DUBBLE BUBBLE Scratch Off Tickets" for every double hit during that game by an Orioles player. In the event that the "DUBBLE BUBBLE" scratch off tickets are not available, The Maryland Lottery reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternate product of equivalent value. Decisions of Sponsor with respect to the Contest are final. Winner will be notified by phone or email. Sponsor reserves the right to determine the method of notification. Sponsor shall not be liable for: (1) failed, returned or misdirected notifications based on inaccurate information provided by the winner on the Contest entry form; or (2) entries, and responses to winner notifications which are lost, late incomplete, illegible, unintelligible, misdirected, damaged or otherwise not received by the intended recipient in whole or in part or for computer or technical error of any kind or an act of God. Winners will be given three (3) business days from the first day of notification to respond to claim prize(s). A non-response by the winner or non-receipt of notification response after the specified three (3) business days will be considered winner's forfeiture of prize and an alternate winner may be elected from the pool of eligible entries. If an entrant is found to be ineligible for any reason in the sole and absolute discretion of the Sponsor, an alternate winner may also be selected from the pool of eligible entries. At the sole and absolute discretion of the Sponsor, winners may be required to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release as a condition of acceptance of a prize.

5. Prizes to be Awarded: $100 worth of Maryland Lottery Scratch Off Tickets will be awarded for every double hit by an Orioles player during the contestant's selected game. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash. In case of changes to the official statistics (either by the official scorer or Major League Baseball) that affect the official total number of doubles hit in the contestant's game, the prize will be altered to reflect those changes. ARV depends on the number of doubles hit during each applicable Orioles game telecast. All prizes or prize certificates may be picked up at MASN, 333 West Camden Street, Baltimore, Maryland, 21201, or mailed to the winner. Any prize or prize certificate not claimed within seven (7) days of winning will be forfeited by the winner. In the event that a prize or prize certificate is mailed to the winner, it will be with the prior written consent of the winner and therefore, winner assumes the risk of its arrival. Sponsors are not responsible for the safe arrival of a prize or prize certificate. Contest prize is not transferable. Prizes may not be substituted for or redeemed for cash. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prizes of comparable value.

6. Conditions: Payment of all federal, state and local taxes is the sole responsibility of the winner and winners may receive an IRS Form 1099 or equivalent from Sponsor. By participating in the Contest, each winner agrees to have their name, voice, or likeness used in any advertising or broadcasting material relating to this Contest, and to sign a publicity release, affidavit of eligibility and release of liability prior to acceptance of the prize. By entering the Contest and/or accepting the prize, entrants grant to Sponsor the right to use the entrant's name, voice, picture and/or likeness for purposes of advertising and publicity in any and all media now known or hereafter invented, without further permission or additional compensation (except where prohibited by law). All expenses on receipt and use of prize are the sole responsibility of each winner. Each winner, by acceptance of the prize, agrees to release Sponsor, TCR Sports Broadcasting Holding, LLP, and their respective parents and subsidiaries, and employees, and their respective advertising, interactive, promotion and production agencies from any and all liability, claims or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages or losses to persons and property which may be sustained in connection with the receipt, ownership or use of the prize or while preparing for, participating in, and/or traveling to any prize-related activity. Failure to comply with the Contest rules will result in a contestant's disqualification.
