The Orioles today announced that they have acquired LHP Joe Saunders and cash considerations from the Arizona Diamondbacks in exchange for RHP Matt Lindstrom and a player to be named later. RHP Jake Arrieta has been recalled from Triple-A Norfolk to take Lindstrom's place on the 25-man roster for today's game.
