In other notes, reliever
Henry Rodriguez will begin a rehab assignment with Triple-A Syracuse tonight. Rodriguez landed on the DL on June 7 (retroactive to June 6) with a strained index finger on his right hand.
Reliever
Cole Kimball also began a rehab assignment today, marking a major step in his comeback from rotator cuff surgery, which he underwent last July. Kimball pitched a scoreless inning for the Gulf Coast League Nats today.
