The Washington Nationals today returned from rehab and reinstated catcher Wilson Ramos from the 15-Day Disabled List and optioned catcher Jhonatan Solano to Syracuse of the Triple-A International League. The 25-year-old went 2-for-4 with a double, a walk and one run scored in two rehab games with Harrisburg of the Double-A Eastern League.
Solano, 27, has appeared in three games this season with Washington.
