1. How do I create an account?
Answer: You can create an account through our official website or any of our apps (mobile or TV). During sign-up, you'll be asked to enter your email, and you’ll receive a One-Time Password (OTP) for verification.
2. Do I need to create a password?
Answer: No. Our platform uses an OTP (One-Time Password) system. You’ll receive a new login code to your email each time you sign in.
3. Can I use my phone number instead of email for login / Registration?
Answer: We support Registration / login only via email.
4. My One-Time Password (OTP) is delayed or not arriving. What should I do?
Answer: Check your spam or junk folder. If you're using a work or company email, ask your IT team to whitelist the following domain: @masnsports.com. You can also try using a personal email account (e.g., Gmail, Yahoo).
5. Can I stay logged in across devices?
Answer: Yes, as long as you don’t manually log out, uninstall the app, or clear browser data.
6. What happens if I enter the OTP incorrectly too many times?
Answer: You’ll need to request a new OTP. Too many failed attempts will temporarily lock login from that device for security reasons.
7. Can I change my email address?
Answer: This feature is not available. If you need to use a different email, create a new account using that email.
Subscription and Payments
1. Can I try the service before subscribing?
Answer: We currently do not offer a free trial, but short clips and highlights are always available for free.
2. Will I receive both MASN and MASN2 with my subscription?
Answer: Yes, your subscription includes access to both MASN and MASN2.
3. Do I need a different subscription for mobile and TV apps?
Answer: No, a single subscription works across all platforms: mobile, TV, and web.
4. Can I pay using PayPal, Venmo, or gift cards?
Answer: We currently support credit/debit cards and in-app purchases only. PayPal and other alternative payment methods are not supported at this time.
5. I subscribed through the app store. How do I manage or cancel it?
Answer: Please use the subscription settings in your respective app store:

6. How Do I Cancel my Subscription If i subscribed through Web?
Answer: As a Monthly Subscriber you can cancel anytime while retaining access to MASN+ until the end of your current Billing Cycle by following the bellow steps:
Open your latest MASN+ invoice found in your email and click “View Online” to open the Account Manager Portal
At the top of the page, you will see the “Create Account” button; follow the steps to access the Portal
Select the “Cancel Subscription” Button to cancel your subscription and receive your Cancelation Confirmation email.

Answer: No, your subscription works across all supported devices, but simultaneous streams may be limited.

limit The MASN App to Wi-Fi only, just go to Settings and toggle the switch for “Video Over Wi-Fi Only” to On.
3. Why am I having blackout issues?
Answer: Blackouts may apply based on your location. This error might be displayed if you do not live in the MASN local distribution
area. Ensure subscription to a MASN cable/satellite affiliate within the in-network area.

6. Why is MASN no longer available in the Outer Banks of NC on Spectrum TV?
Answer: Despite extended negotiations, MASN and Spectrum have been unable to renew our carriage agreement.
7. When is MASN available on YouTube TV?
Answer: Currently, MASN is not available through YouTube TV. We will continue to explore opportunities on any satellite or cable TV provider who wishes to carry MASN.

8. Why are some games exclusively aired on Apple+ and not MASN?
Answer: National rights deals with MLB require that certain games air exclusively on national rightsholders, including Apple.
Other such rightsholders include ESPN, FOX, and Roku. MASN is not involved in the selection of games aired exclusively on other networks.
9. How can I watch games in MASN channel?

10. Why can’t I access the platform from another country?
Answer: Content is geo-blocked based on regional broadcast rights. If you’re outside our supported territory, you will not be able to access live or on-demand content.
11. Can I still watch while traveling?
Answer: Yes, you can access your subscription while traveling for up to 30 days outside of our authorized region. After 30 days, access will be temporarily restricted until you return to the authorized region.

Answer: MASN prioritizes optimal audio quality and continuously monitors levels during live games. Ensure correct settings on your TV

Answer: There is no difference between MASN app and TV. Both contains the same programming.

10. How do I watch live games?
Answer: Visit the “Live Tv / Stream Live” tab on the website or app to watch live MASN and MASN2 broadcasts.
11. Can I watch games offline?
Answer: No. Offline downloads are not currently supported. You must be connected to the internet to stream content.
12. Why can't I cast or AirPlay the live stream?
Answer: Due to licensing agreements, casting, mirroring, and use of projectors are not supported for live content. Attempting to do so may result in playback errors.
13. The stream works on my phone but not on my TV. Why?
Answer: Make sure you're using the official app for your TV platform (Roku, Apple TV, Fire TV) and that it's updated to the latest version. Some older TV models may not be supported.
14. What if a video won’t play or is buffering?
Answer: Try the following:
- Check your internet speed (minimum 5 Mbps, recommended 15+ Mbps for HD).
- Restart the app or refresh the browser.
- Disconnect other devices on your network that may be taking up too much bandwidth.

4. I’m having issue signing in with TV Provider (e.g: Xfinity, Verizon/Fios, Spectrum, etc), what can I do?

5. What happens if I switch to a new or add an additional mobile device?
Answer: Your account is accessible on all streaming apps regardless of where you sign up initially. Simply sign in with your existing
credentials on the new or additional devices.
6. I’m a Comcast subscriber from Pennsylvania and suddenly cannot access MASN and MASN2 channels. What happened and what can I do?
Answer: It seems there may be recent changes affecting channel availability on Comcast in your area. We recommend contacting Comcast's customer support at 1-800-934-6489 to get more specific details and assistance in restoring access to these channels.
MISCELLANEOUS
1. Why do I get a "502 Bad Gateway" error?
Answer: Delete and reinstall the app for updates. If the issue persists, clear your cache and restart your device.
2. Why doesn't MASN televise the national anthem or certain games?
Answer: We always aim to broadcast the National Anthem, but due to network scheduling and the start of the performance, the timing may not work consistently due to the unpredictability of live events. Certain games are not available for MASN to cover due to MLB’s national television rights agreements.
3. Can I interview a sports broadcaster/journalist/editor from MASN for a university assignment?
Answer: We appreciate your interest. Please fill out the MASN Customer Support E-mail Form and we will forward your request to the
appropriate MASN staff.
4. Can we get field specific videos/ special fan moments that is not broadcasted?
Answer: Unfortunately, MASN cannot reproduce copies of game footage, including special moments.
5. Does MASN and DISH have an agreement?
Answer: There is currently no agreement between MASN and DISH. Additionally, DISH does not carry broadcasting rights for Regional
Sports Network.
