6. I’m having issue signing in with TV Provider (e.g: Xfinity, Verizon/Fios, Spectrum, etc), what can I do?
Answer: To resolve this issue, please try the following steps:
  • Clear Cache: Go to the settings on your device, find the MASN app, and clear its cache.
  • Reinstall App: Uninstall the MASN app, restart your device, and reinstall the app.
  • Browser Sign-In: Try signing in to your TV Provider account through a web browser first, then open the MASN app and attempt the sign-in again.

1. Why can't I download the MASN app on my Xfinity-supported devices?

Broadcast of Special Moments

1. Can we get field specific videos/ special fan moments that is not broadcasted?
Answer: Unfortunately, MASN cannot reproduce copies of game footage, including special moments.
2. Is the MASN App available without Wi-Fi?
Answer: Yes. The MASN App can be accessed from any 3G, 4G LTE, or high-speed internet connection. Normal data rates apply. To limit The MASN App to Wi-Fi only, just go to Settings and toggle the switch for “Video Over Wi-Fi Only” to On.

Exclusive Game Broadcasting

1. Why are some games exclusively aired on Apple+ and not MASN?
Answer: Apple (also NBC and Fox) purchased exclusive rights for that specific game in partnership with MLB. We do not choose games aired exclusively on other networks.
MASN and other networks

1. Why is MASN no longer available in the Outer Banks of NC on Spectrum TV?
Answer: Despite extended negotiations, MASN and Spectrum have been unable to renew our carriage agreement. We appreciate our long-time partnership with Spectrum.
2. When is MASN available on YouTube TV?

3. Are you a Comcast customer? (If yes):
Answer: This year, Comcast moved MASN to a new tier of service. To learn more about the deals being offered, please contact your Comcast provider directly. 3. Can I stream video to Apple TV using AirPlay?
Answer: Yes, you can stream MASN content to Apple TV using AirPlay. Ensure your devices are on the same network and select your Apple TV as the AirPlay destination.
