Orioles recall Cade Povich, option Bryan Baker

The Orioles have made the following roster moves:

• Recalled LHP Cade Povich from Triple-A Norfolk. He will start tonight’s game.
• Optioned RHP Bryan Baker to Triple-A Norfolk.
