Orioles recall Jonathan Heasley, place Cionel Pérez on 15-day injured list

The Orioles have made the following roster moves:

• Recalled RHP Jonathan Heasley from Triple-A Norfolk.
• Placed LHP Cionel Pérez on the 15-day Injured List with a right oblique strain.
