Tillman pitched 6 2/3, the longest of his three O's starts to date. He gave up four hits and two runs with three walks and four strikeouts. Tillman threw 110 pitches and lowered his ERA to 5.19.
Toronto took a 2-0 lead in the second. Lyle Overbay drew a walk on a close 3-2 pitch and scored on an Alex Rios homer to left. Rios hit number 14 on a 2-0 pitch.
The O's tied the game in the fourth. Aubrey Huff and Nolan Reimold produced back-to-back RBI doubles.
The Birds missed a chance to break the 2-2 tie in the sixth. They loaded the bases with one out, but Matt Wieters popped up and Cesar Izturis flied out.
Jays starter Brett Cecil left after 4 1/3 innings with a knee contusion. He gave up five hits and two runs.
The O's fall to 2-4 on this road trip, 6-5 vs. Toronto and 6-16 since the All-Star break.
