The Nationals finish up their regular season series with the Phillies Sunday as left-hander Gio Gonzalez faces off against right-hander Aaron Harang.

Gonzalez is 11-8 with a 3.94 ERA this season and is 8-5 with a 2.99 ERA lifetime against the Phillies. He is also 47-29 with a 3.24 ERA in 101 starts at home.

Harang is 1-2 with a 4.50 ERA in three starts this season against the Nationals. He has struggled this season to a 6-15 record with a 4.93 ERA. His last start against the Nationals was on June 26 in a 5-2 loss. He allowed five runs, four earned in six innings while scattering nine hits, walking one, hitting one batter and recording five strikeouts. Harang is 2-2 with a 2.31 ERA at Nats Park in six starts.

Dan Uggla has two career homers against Harang. Jeff Francoeur is hitting .348 in his career versus Gonzalez. Freddy Galvis is hitting .304 with seven hits and Darin Ruf bats .381 with eight hits lifetime against Gio.

The Nationals can go 13-6 against the Phillies this season with a win. They are 6-3 against the Phillies this season at Nats Park. The have not lost a series to the Phillies at home this season. Philadelphia won the first series against the Nationals at Citizens Bank Park in April 2-1, but the Nats have won four straight series against the Phillies since.
