Notes on Britton, Tillman, Dickerson and more

LAKELAND, Fla. - Zach Britton's half-mound session went well today, according to manager Buck Showalter, and the left-hander will throw a regular bullpen session on Wednesday. He could make his Grapefruit League debut later in the week.

Chris Tillman will throw 20-25 pitches in Wednesday's bullpen session.

Outfielder Chris Dickerson fouled a ball off his right foot a few days ago, but the swelling is down and he could play Tuesday.

Pitchers listed after starter Dylan Bundy include Mychal Givens, Oliver Drake, Jason García, Logan Ondrusek and Jesus Liranzo. Givens leaves for the World Baseball Classic following today's game.

The Orioles brought the following players from minor league camp: pitchers Jimmy Yacabonis, Brian Moran, Stefan Crichton and Garrett Cleavinger; catchers Austin Wynns and Joel Polanco; infielders Sean Coyle and Erick Salcedo; and outfielder Austin Hays.

Wynns was brought to major league camp while Welington Castillo plays in the WBC, and he's not heading back to Twin Lakes Park. Manager Buck Showalter wants to evaluate him.

Wynns would have been a non-roster invitee if not for an ankle injury sustained in winter ball.

Kevin Gausman starts Tuesday against the Dominican Republic and left-hander Wade Miley starts Wednesday against the Blue Jays' Mat Latos in Sarasota.
