It never fails (updated)

The Orioles loaded the bases in the top of the fourth inning and didn't score. The Blue Jays scored three runs in the bottom of the fourth. Going back to the title of this entry: It...never...fails. Jake Fox struck out to kill the Orioles' rally, flailing at another pitch out of the strike zone and leaving them behind, 1-0. Jose Bautista led off the bottom half with a double and scored on Adam Lind's one-out double. Aaron Hill launched a two-run homer to center field on Brad Bergesen's next pitch. Toronto 4, Orioles 0. It's as if opposing teams have to rub it in, punishing the Orioles for wasting an opportunity by piling on a few more runs. It's gotten real old. Instant update: Very, very old. Bautista hit a three-run homer in the fifth, and Lind took Bergesen deep with one out. Toronto 8, Orioles 0. Nothing to see here, folks. Nothing you haven't already seen before.
