Orioles to auction Fourth of July jerseys and caps to benefit USO of Metropolitan Washington-Baltimore

In celebration of the Fourth of July holiday, all Orioles uniformed personnel will wear "Stars & Stripes" jerseys and caps on Tuesday, July 3, and Wednesday, July 4, as they visit the Philadelphia Phillies for a two-game, Interleague series. The gray road jerseys will feature a stars pattern within the twill and an American flag patch located on the right sleeve. The blue road caps will include a star design and the Orioles O's logo.

Game-worn jerseys and caps will be autographed, authenticated, and auctioned at www.orioles.com/auction beginning Tuesday, July 3, at 7:00 p.m. ETand ending Tuesday, July 10, at 10:00 p.m. to benefit the USO of Metropolitan Washington-Baltimore (USO-Metro). Proceeds will support USO-Metro's vital programs for local service members and their families, including support of those that are injured, ill, and recovering.

Additionally, the Orioles Wives will host a silent auction on Friday, July 13, on the main concourse by Gate E, featuring players' "favorite things baskets." All proceeds from the auction will benefit the USO.
