The 200 middle school students from Baltimore City Schools will participate in a variety of fitness drills, including base running, pitching and calisthenics. Orioles strength and conditioning coach Joe Hogarty and strength and conditioning consultant Ryan Crotin will also instruct the youth on fitness practices.
