Starting lineups: Nats at Orioles

The Nationals passed their first test of the exhibition season, successfully hosting a game against the Phillies. Now they face their next important test: a road game.

It's not really a road trip, just a short bus ride up to Camden Yards and back. No overnight stay in a hotel. No flights. But there are different protocols and considerations they must follow for tonight's game against the Orioles, and at the end of the night, they'll hopefully have a better idea what they're in for once they start really traveling next week.

From a baseball standpoint, Stephen Strasburg gets his one and only opportunity to face an opposing lineup before it counts against the Yankees on Saturday. It's Strasburg's 32nd birthday, and he'll spend it pitching at Camden Yards for the first time in his career. (I know, I couldn't believe that fact, either.)

The lineup includes all of the players who recently joined camp: Juan Soto in left field, Howie Kendrick at first base and Victor Robles in center field. Asdrúbal Cabrera again starts at third base over Carter Kieboom, further evidence the veteran is likely to start in Thursday night's opener.

You can watch it all, of course, live on MASN, with the Orioles crew calling tonight's game on site. Bob Carpenter, F.P. Santangelo and Alex Chappell are set to make their summer debut for Tuesday night's rematch at Nationals Park.
