During his post-game session with the media, Orioles manager Dave Trembley said, "I think for the most part guys are doing the best they can."

I'd love to hear the exceptions.
Jeremy Guthrie turned in a solid start, one that was worthy of a victory. His ball has more movement than last season. He's not pitching up in the strike zone as much. His slider is better.
His record would be better if the Orioles would score more runs for him. Heck, I wish they'd score those runs for anybody. Get this offense in gear.
MASNsports.com's Steve Melewski asked Trembley whether he might consider shaking up the lineup.
"Yeah, I probably should do something," Trembley replied. "You lose your leadoff hitter. That isn't the greatest news in the world when that happens. And then you've probably got eight other guys trying to make up for his loss. Guys are human. Yeah, maybe something, maybe just to show a different look that might get us started. You definitely have to consider something like that. But (Felix) Pie did a very nice job in the leadoff role tonight. We're just not getting hits when we need them and our scoring opportunities have been limited. (Garrett) Atkins is going to be on SportsCenter tonight, but for the wrong reason."
Trembley was referring to Carl Crawford's diving catch to rob Atkins and send Luke Scott back to first base.
As for the baserunning mishap that led to Ty Wigginton being tagged out in a rundown to end a rally, Trembley said, "Well, it doesn't look good when you lose. It certainly doesn't look good."
Trembley placed the blame on Scott, who broke for third as Wigginton took off for second on a ball in the dirt.
"I thought Ty had a good read," Trembley said. "I thought Luke was the one who started to go and then stopped, for me. I thought Ty went when he saw Luke go. You can look at it again, but I believe that's what it shows."
