All My Single Ladies...(Updated)

...and married ladies too! Each year, the Nationals host a few "Ladies Night" events for female fans. What could be better than a night with the gals at the ballpark? Well, last year the event just happened to overlap with Randy Johnson's 300th win, so that was just a little better. This season, the first Ladies Night is scheduled for June 10th when the Nationals face the Pittsburgh Pirates. It would be a potential Strasburg start if he happens to make his debut on June 4th, so that would be better too. You may want to get your tickets really soon just in case.* For $30, each participant gets a game ticket in the outfield sections and access to the pre-game happy hour beginning at 4:30 p.m. The event theme, short of Strasburg-mania, is a Luau Party. The party includes an opportunity to take photos with Nationals players, themed drink specials, games, prizes, music and complimentary samples, tastings and snacks. The next and final Ladies Night of the season will be on August 26 vs. the Cardinals. Updates: As you may have heard, Stephen Strasburg will apparently not debut on June 4th, but will likely start during one of the Pirates games the following week. Ladies Night will be fun with or without Strasburg and tickets will go fast on their own, so I'd still hurry up if you want to attend. New this year are a couple of pricing options. The $30 package includes an outfield reserved ticket and the happy hour. To upgrade to a baseline box, the cost is $57. To upgrade to a home plate box, the cost is $164. Save the date: On June 19th, the Nationals will conduct a baseball clinic for women called "Nats U," with both beginner & advanced levels of instruction.
