Day One without Uehara (no more trades, O's lose)

Johnson was done after 30 pitches, 19 for strikes. Closer Kevin Gregg replaced Johnson in the eighth, an inning earlier than usual. The game is shortened unless the Orioles rally from a 4-2 deficit and we actually have a bottom of the ninth. Update: As expected, the Orioles were done dealing after moving Uehara and Derrek Lee last night. The 4 p.m. deadline passed without further activity. However, former Oriole Erik Bedard reportedly has been traded to the Red Sox for Double-A catcher Tim Federowicz , if you're interested.
