The Orioles' game against the Royals on Sunday, Sept. 13 at Camden Yards has been moved from 1:35 p.m. to 8:05 p.m. to accommodate ESPN.
All gates will open to fans at 6:05 p.m.
The Ravens are in Denver that afternoon, so there's no conflict.
Also, Triple-A Norfolk left-hander Chris Jones, 26, has been named the International League's Pitcher of the Week.
Jones went 2-0 with a 1.20 ERA in two starts, allowing two earned runs and 10 hits over 15 innings. He walked none and struck out seven.
Jones earned the win versus Durham on Aug. 10 after allowing two runs in seven innings in a 6-3 victory. He followed up that performance on Saturday by registering a career-high eight shutout innings in a 1-0 win in Louisville. Jones permitted two hits and struck out four.
In 26 games (18 starts) for the Tides this season, Jones has gone 8-6 with a 2.85 ERA that ranks fifth in the league and fourth among Orioles minor leaguers. Jones leads Norfolk with 11 quality starts, and his eight victories are tied with Mike Wright and Eddie Gamboa for the team lead.
Jones isn't on the 40-man roster, so the Orioles would need to create room if they decide to add him to their expanded September roster.
