"Orioles Classics" rewind: Oriole Park Classics Game No. 10

Hope everyone enjoyed Orioles FanFest yesterday! What a much-needed baseball fix that was!

Here's hoping you met your favorite players, got some autographs and had some laughs at MASN's Kids Press Conferences!

If you weren't able to attend yesterday's event, have no fear: Pitchers and catchers report to spring training in 15 days! Be sure to tune in to tonight's Oriole Park Classics Game #10, as the selected game will be shown in its entirety!

Here's this week's schedule:

Sunday, Jan. 29, 7 p.m. - You've checked out Nos. 25-11 of the greatest games played at Camden Yards online in celebration of the 25th anniversary of The Ballpark That Forever Changed Baseball. Now, for the week's leading up to the start of the season, you'll be able to watch the top 10 countdown every Sunday night, starting tonight! (Hint for No. 10: It's fitting this game will be shown in the winter.)

Monday, Jan. 30, 9 a.m. - Baltimore is a proud baseball city. And you don't become a baseball city without a longstanding team with a winning history. On Aug. 8, 2014, the Orioles and the city of Baltimore celebrated 60 years of baseball in Charm City with a six-homer thrashing of the Cardinals en route to a 12-2 victory. The celebration was capped off with fireworks and a memorable on-field ceremony after the game.

Tuesday, Jan. 31, 12:30 a.m. - Before Oriole Park at Camden Yards, the Orioles called Memorial Stadium home for 37 years. A Baltimore monument that stood for almost 80 years, the last game the Orioles hosted at Memorial Stadium came on Oct. 6, 1991. And although it ended in a 7-1 loss to the Tigers, this game will forever be remembered as the end of an era in Orioles baseball.

Tuesday, Jan. 31, 12:30 p.m. - Down 2-1 to the Yankees in the bottom of the eighth, the Orioles relied on homers by Jonathan Schoop and Adam Jones to rally past their division rivals. Schoop smacked a solo shot to tie the game and Jones crushed a three-run blast to put the Birds up for good in an eventual 5-3 win at Camden Yards on Aug. 13, 2014.

Wednesday, Feb. 1, 9 a.m. - 1996 saw the Orioles return to the playoffs for the first time since their World Series win in 1983 and the first playoff series at Camden Yards. After crushing the top-ranked Indians 10-4 in Game 1 of the American League Division Series, the wild card Orioles were able to take a firm hold of the series with a 7-4 win in Game 2 on Oct. 2 in Baltimore.

Thursday, Feb. 2, 9 a.m. - Game 3 of the 1996 ALDS gave the Indians some life. The Orioles weren't able to hold on to a 4-3 lead in the middle of the fourth as the Tribe rode a four-run seventh to get within a game of the Birds.

Friday, Feb. 3, 12:30 a.m. - Let's jump back 30 years to the Orioles' first World Series championship. Frank Robinson was named Most Valuable Player by hitting two home runs with three RBIs in the series sweep of the Dodgers.

Friday, Feb. 3, 12:30 a.m. - Now back to the 1996 ALDS ... In Game 4 at Jacobs Field, it took the Orioles 12 innings to finish off the Indians and move on the American League Championship Series. Roberto Alomar hit the go-ahead home run in the 12th and Randy Myers closed out the win.
