Wieters homers twice, O's leading A's

Chris Davis is batting third today as the Orioles' designated hitter. Mark Reynolds remains at first base after experiencing some numbness in his left biceps last night. Update II: Chavez singled to lead off the top of the third inning, moved to second on Andino's sacrifice bunt and later scored the tying run on Hardy's single. Andino used to be a bad bunter. Now he's much better. So, he's got that going for him, which is nice. Update III: Wieters had three multi-homer games this season. Today's barrage has given the Orioles a 3-2 lead in the fourth. Wieters has 21 homers, one short of his career high. Bust, right?
