Birdland Memberships offer Orioles fans perks aplenty

If you've already renewed your Birdland Membership, you're well on your way to enjoying the 2019 season of Orioles baseball. You'll save an average of 15 percent off individual ticket prices - with the same members-only pricing you enjoyed in 2018 - and there are six membership options, allowing fans to choose the one that's right for them.

But there are a host of perks that will be available only to Birdland Memberships members, based on the number of games they attend and the number of seats they purchase. That's the value added for those who decide to purchase Birdland Memberships

"We want to provide a reason beyond the baseball game to bring people to the ballpark," said Greg Bader, the team's vice president of communications and marketing.

For the first time, Birdland Memberships will afford all members discounts on concessions and merchandise at Camden Yards - think of how much you can save all season long!

Among the other premiums available as part of Birdland Memberships are attending brunch with an Orioles legend, taking batting practice or playing catch on the field, dancing with the Oriole Bird on top of the home dugout during a home game, riding on the team bus to Washington, D.C., for a game against the Nationals and delivering the game ball to the mound at Camden Yards.

Birdland Memberships also guarantee members a special members-only line for Kids Run the Bases after Sunday home games, a dedicated entrance to the ballpark at Gate D and early access to the stadium that affords the opportunity to watch the Orioles take batting practice.

Highlights from the three Birdland Membership Levels include a variety of benefits:

* The Diamond Membership Level guarantees the same seats for all 81 home games, including opening day. Rewards options include a trip to D.C. with the team, brunch with an Orioles legend, an opportunity to dance with the Oriole Bird, a meet-and-greet with Orioles general manager Mike Elias, taking batting practice and more. The Diamond Membership Level includes a 20 percent savings on concessions and merchandise, a members-only entrance, hospitality opportunities and special offers all year long.

* The Black Membership Level guarantees the same seats for 29 home games, including opening day. Rewards options include a pair of Exclusively Orioles tickets, taking batting practice, playing catch on the field, autographed memorabilia and more. The Black Membership Level includes a 20 percent discount on concessions and merchandise, a members-only entrance and special offers all year long.

* The Orange Membership Level features four different options to 13 home games, including the popular Sunday-only plan, and each of the plans grants access to opening day. Rewards options include pregame field access and more. The Orange Membership Level offers a 15 percent discount on concessions and merchandise, a members-only entrance and special offers all year long.
