Does Fox have revenge on his mind vs. Oakland?

He wasn't with the Oakland A's that long, and then Jake Fox was traded from Oakland to the Orioles just eight days ago. He was in the starting lineup vs. the A's for a time here yesterday, but then when Dallas Braden was scratched as Oakland starter, the Orioles changed thier lineup and Fox didn't start. He is not in tonight's starting lineup either. But he will be in the dugout opposite the A's team he feels gave up on him too soon. If he gets in the game, he says it will be a little special to face Oakland. "If I said it didn't (matter), I'd be lying to you. Obviously, I though it was going to be a great opportunity going there. I think there is always a part of you that says you missed out on a really good player and you let me go before you really knew what I could do. "There is a part of you that says this could be a chance to show them what I can do. But at the same time, when you try to do too much, you can get yourself in trouble." Fox hit .214 with two homers and 12 RBI in 39 games with Oakland. He struck out 26 times in 98 at bats before he was acquired by the O's last week for minor league pitcher Ross Wolf and cash considerations. Fox has made one O's start and is 1 for 6 so for with his new team. Fox says he has an idea of what the A's scouting report on him would say. "I think the misconception they have of me is I just go up there and swing, I'm a swinger. I think they'll be very adamant about not throwing many pitches in the zone. "It kinds of works to my advantage, because I know how they would come at me. My second at bat here I drew a walk and I think that would have shocked them, because I didn't have many walks there. That's kind of what they are looking for, guys that will work counts and take pitches." Fox did not start over the weekend vs. the Nationals, but score the winning run on Friday night as a pinch runner.
