Hardy and Davis out of lineup

Manager Buck Showalter hasn't posted his lineup for today's series-finale against the Blue Jays, but shortstop J.J. Hardy and first baseman Chris Davis won't be in it. The CT scan on Hardy's left ankle and the MRI on Davis' right shoulder didn't reveal anything that brings long-term concerns to the Orioles. Both players say they hope to return to the lineup tomorrow. Hardy will try to run tomorrow. Davis will swing a bat and throw. Davis said he has the normal wear and tear in his rotator cuff and labrum. The soreness surfaced after he positioned his arm awkwardly while sleeping. It's happened to all of us. I'll post comments from both players after Showalter meets with reporters at 11:30 a.m.
