Pregame notes and Rockies lineup

Orioles reliever Francisco Rodriguez won't be available for tonight's game against the Rockies, but he's avoided the disabled list. Rodriguez left last night's game in the eighth inning with a strained right groin. He's feeling better and will attempt to play catch today. Jason Hammel will do some long-tossing again today and take off Sunday. Hammel could throw from a mound on Monday or Tuesday. Wilson Betemit's injury-rehab assignment runs through Aug. 25, with the last four games at Triple-A Norfolk. Betemit could be activated before Aug. 25 or the Orioles could attempt to extend his assignment until rosters expand on Sept. 1. Kevin Gausman is scheduled to start Monday for Norfolk after having his last turn skipped. Henry Urrutia was supposed to join the Tides in Columbus and start tonight, but his flight was cancelled. The Tides have five outfielders on their roster and all of them bat from the left side. Can you name them without looking it up? Answer below. Chris Tillman, Miguel Gonzalez and Wei-Yin Chen are listed as the starters for the three-game series against Tampa Bay that begins Monday at Camden Yards. The Rays will send David Price, Alex Cobb and Jeremy Hellickson to the mound. For the Rockies Dexter Fowler CF Corey Dickerson LF Troy Tulowitzki SS Michael Cuddyer DH Wilin Rosario C Todd Helton 1B Nolan Arenado 3B Charlie Blackmon RF Jonathan Herrera 2B Chad Bettis RHP The five left-handed hitting outfielders at Norfolk are Urrutia, Jason Pridie, Xavier Avery, Chris Dickerson and Eric Thames.
