Several roads around Oriole Park at Camden Yards that were previously closed due to an underground water main break in Baltimore City will reopen from noon on Friday until Sunday morning. Traffic is expected to be heavy, and fans are encouraged to allow more time getting to and from Oriole Park for Friday night's Billy Joel concert.
Two lanes of Pratt Street between Paca Street and Howard Street will be open, allowing motorists to utilize the full stretch of Pratt Street in the downtown area. Two lanes of northbound Howard Street between Conway Street and Lombard Street will also be open, allowing motorists coming into Baltimore from northbound I-395 to use both Conway Street and Howard Street to access downtown Baltimore. Southbound Howard Street will remain closed between Lombard Street and Conway Street.
Fans coming to the ballpark from the north and traveling through the city will be able to access the ballpark via Conway Street from the east or Lee Street (via Russell Street) from the west.
Fans entering Baltimore via I-395 North (Exit 53) can still access the ballpark parking lots and Lee Street via the Russell Street exit on the right.
Light Rail service will continue running as scheduled from the south to Camden Yards. Light Rail service from the north is interrupted between North Avenue and Camden Yards, and shuttle bus service is in place between North Avenue and Camden Yards to accommodate passengers.
