Game 95 lineups: Nats at Mets

NEW YORK - Hello from Citi Field. Yes, I've swooped into town to cover the rest of the Nationals' weekend series with the Mets while Byron heads back home to handle pregame and postgame hosting duties on Nats Xtra. It's been an interesting series already, with the Nats winning Thursday night behind two homers from Anthony Rendon and Harper-Swings-Gray-Sidebar.jpgone from Bryce Harper, then losing Friday night after Tanner Roark gave up four early runs and the lineup unable to get more than two back.

Today we'll finally see Austin Voth on a big league mound for the first time. Voth, you may remember, was called up three previous times from Triple-A Syracuse without ever appearing in a game. It'll finally happen today when he gets the start. The 26-year-old right-hander was 4-5 with a 3.55 ERA in 15 starts for the Chiefs and has pitched very well of late, allowing only one earned run in each of his last three outings.

The Nationals lineup will be trying to put together one of its more productive days, facing a starter it has enjoyed success against before: Zack Wheeler. Wheeler is 2-8 with a 4.81 ERA in 11 career outings against the Nats, and back in April gave up three runs in six innings against them.
