The Washington Nationals recalled right-handed pitcher Kyle Barraclough from Double-A Harrisburg and optioned outfielder Andrew Stevenson to Triple-A Fresno on Friday. Nationals President of Baseball Operations and General Manager Mike Rizzo made the announcement.
