O's select Bowman's contract, put Wells on 60-day IL

The Orioles have made the following roster moves:
- Selected the contract of RHP Matt Bowman.
- Placed RHP Tyler Wells (right elbow UCL surgery) on the 60-day Injured List.
The Orioles’ 40-man roster currently has 40 players.
